I Am Suffering From Itching And A Little Bit Of

Question: I am suffering from itching and a little bit of burning sensation, may be because of excess itching in the side line area of thighs and mainly down underneath and between the testicles and anus area. I am in more of sitting posture now a days because of work from home and also using washroom frequently so a lot of moisture developed because of sweating and water down there and I developed a lot of itching. I am attaching a few pics for your reference. I have been now trying to keep it dry and also using Boro plus and nycil down there but no much of benefit. Please advise a good skin healing remedy.

Intertrigo, topical steroid antifungal combination cream, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be intertrigo.
I would recommend you to apply cream containing steroid antifungal combination like clobetasol propionate and miconazole on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet hydroxyzine 10 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will help in resolving your problem.
Also apply antifungal dusting powder like clotrimazole powder in the groin 3-4 times in a day.
Wear loose fitted cotton clothes and stay in cool airy environment.
