I Am Suffering From Uti And Prostrate Infection Since 3rd

Question: I am suffering from uti and prostrate infection since 3rd July. As I was continuing treatment under fortis hospital XXXXXXX I have contacted them. My symptoms were
Bloating of lower abdomen
Constipation
Less urine flow
Increased urine frequency
Bleeding with blood clots with urine
Fever
Less appetite.
As per doctor's advice
I have gone through tests
Urine routine pus cell plenty, red pus cells plenty
Blood for PSA 52
C reactive protein 69
Creatine 1.1
USG kub prostrate size 28gms, residual urine 32cc
CT scan kub one cyst in left kidney with size 3cm
Doctor advised me to take Murtifur MR 100mg twice daily for ten days along with Flotral D after ten days Martifur dose reduced to once daily.
Flotral D continued
After one month review test results
Urine routine culture normal
Blood for PSA 1.19
C reactive protein 0.4
Uroflowmetry normal Maxm. Flow 31ml/s
Total flow volume 880ml
Doctor advised me to continue Murtifur once daily alongwith flotralD once daily.

Since 28.08.19 I was experiencing burning sensation during and after urination
Urine flow reduced
PUS cell 25-30 as per urine routine test
Yet to get culture report and PSA report.
Doctor advised me to take Murtifur twice daily alongwith flotralD.
I had to share this for another opinion.
Pls advice me accordingly

After 10 days Murtifur dose reduce

Thanks for query .
Based on the fcats and reprts that you have posted you ad Acute Prostatitis and was being treated with Nitrofurantoin (Murtife) which helped to resolve your symptoms .

However the symptoms have recurred very recently .

Acute prostatitis infection that goes on lingering for a long time and takes long time to get cured completely hence one has to take appropriate antibiotic as per urine and Semen culture report at least for 4-6 weeks .

Continue taking Murtifer and switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .

Ensure to drink more water .This would help to reduce dysuria.

I have uploaded my recent PSA report. pls look into it.
I have hyper acidity. Due to this I feel difficulty for bile movement and burning in the lower portion of penis.
After taking alkasol I feel better. Now I am taking zinetac 300mg as antacid. Taking isabgool for proper bile movement.
Waiting for urine culture report.
Hope this may help u to diagnose.

Difficulty in bowel movements and pain in penis are symptoms due to Prostatitis itself .Burning urination is due to acidic urine .

Your previous urine culture report reveled infection due to E -Coli organisms.

Take Bactrim D S along with Nitrofurantoin twice daily .

Upload your recent culture report .I would guide you about further treatment after going through antibiotic sensitivity pattern.

Your PSA is well within normal range .

Today I have received urine culture report. I have seen a doctor in my neighborhood. He advised me to take glevo 750 as per report.
Started that medicine. Now feeling little better.
