I experienced complete loss of control over my organs and haunting random faces. followed by voice in my head. And it lasts for around 2-3 minutes in order to wake up from that state. and sometimes it also feels like my head gonna explode

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Need not worry, sleep paralysis is a common presentation in sleep-deprived or stressed individuals. this is self-limiting and needs no medications.
It is advisable to exercise after dinner for a few minutes which can help.
Also, when aware of sleep paralysis slow movement of smaller muscles like of fingers must be attempted first. Moving a bigger muscle is difficult due to weaker innervation. Small muscles of hand are innervated by bigger art of the brain, hence moving those first will give some control over body and regain control from paralysis.
