I can understand what you may be feeling. Well, it is the same story with many others. COVID-19 hit all of us very hard leading to various health and socio-economic crisis. All means to fight the the crisis are put into service and we hope the situation gets better.

In these circumstance with lockdown restrictions being eased we hope there is respite atleast in the economic front and things get better soon.

Nevertheless it is definitely a challenging situation. But being positive and supportive are vital to get through the phase. If you feel the situation is affecting you; discuss the situation with your family and friends. Stop watching and discussing about the negative aspects of the situation; not all what you hear and read about the situation is true and authentic. Follow only authentic source for information; I would rather suggest not to follow any media and stop social media platforms for a while.

Use the time available to spend quality time with family. Practice a hobby. Start physical exercises; keep yourself engaged. If needed talk to support organizations or your own counsellor. Avoid depressive thoughts.
