I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Dandruff is a major cause of hair loss which is often neglected.
Here are some measures,which you can take to improve the health of your hair....

Use anti fungal shampoo at least twice a week.
Apply and massage coconut oil and olive oil.
Apply vinegar.
Regularly wash your hair and keep them clean.
Avoid brushing wet hair.
Avoid alcohol,smoking and junk food.
Take vitamin supplements.
Have omega 3 supplements.
Keep away from chemicals
Keep yourself well hydrated.
Get sun exposure but avoid direct heat of sun for prolonged periods,.
De stress yourself.
Have 8 hour sleep in night.
Avoid fasting and late nights.
Have a high protein diet.

which anti fungal shampoo are you advising and is there any oil or medicine for massage did you suggest

Welcome back.....

Medicated shampoo containing Ketoconazole is most commonly used as a dandruff treatment and has many OTC brands.
It is more effective if left for at least 5 minutes before rinsing.
Use it twice a week and avoid overuse.

Other shampoos are also available which contains salicylic acid.

You can use tea tree oil,clove oil,coconut oil and lemon juice for scalp massage as they have medically proven anti fungal properties.
