Question: I had fever and body pain since XXXXXXX 18th. Fever has subsided but body pain persisted. I tested covid positive on XXXXXXX 24.

I am taking Zinc and multivitamin day and night. It has been over a week. I still feel tired with cough during the night. Should there be any change in medication? Please advise.

Hi,
Since the only symptom is body pains ,you can continue the zincovit medication for a month and take a dolo incase of severe pain .No other medication is required. Have a protien rich diet and drink 3-4 litres water /day .Incase of cough you can take corex dx syrup on SOS basis.
