Brief Answer:
it should not be caused bz medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Antiacid medicines should relieve pain, not worsen it. Some , such as ranitidin, may cause diarrhea or nausea, but it should not lead to stomach pain or bloating. Pain and bloating is caused by GERD, gastritis or hiatal hernia. I suggest to change antiacid medications till you find the right one.
I suggest omeprasole 40mg daily which may me most effective. For bloating, you can take Gas-x, but you need to avoid food that makes you bloated such as fried, fats ,choccolate and certain vegetables. Also, the probiotics and menta tea. If there is no improvement, you should do gastroscopy to rule out possible ulcer or hiatal hernia . Wish zou good health. REgards
