Question: I am trying to conceive from past 4 months.. I had my last periods on 18th January.. From 10th February I am experiencing period like cramps but no periods.. Is this implantation cramps or my periods are going to start.. Actually these cramps are not like the usual cramps I get before periods.. Usually i have only back ache but this time I have lower stomach pain also.. Is this because of implantation..

1) Cramps could be because of ovulation or impending periods. This could also be due to food poisoning, urinary tract infection or gastritis.

2) Implantation cramps are not so hard and they are very difficult to notice. They are never uncomfortable as you explain.

3) These cramps are not due to implantation.
