Question: I am using clearblue fertility connected ovulation test. I am really pleased that it is picking peak days up. The problem is I have used clearblue digital ovulation and this is negative. Why am I getting different results? Is the clearblue connected more advanced? I used the connected last month and the ovulation was right on it. I am trying to conceive and this is confusing me. Should I just stick to the connected which seems to be working for me? Thanks

Brief Answer:
Continue with a connected ovulation test.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think both tests should have shown the same results because they have mostly the same mechanism of working.
I don't think the connected clear blue ovulation test is more advanced than a digital clear blue test but I think the connected test us more easy to be used.
Many of my clients prefer it rather than the digital one. I believe something is wrong with the device that isn't showing the same result as a connected test.
There is no need to use both tests since they are making you confused and you can use only connected tests and continue to try to conceive hoping in an early result of pregnancy.

Hope I have answered the question.

Can I get pregnant naturally at 43. I got pregnant 2 years ago but it ended at 13 weeks. The baby stopped growing at 5.5 weeks I am so scared of this happening again. I did conceive naturally so do you think I can again?
