I Am Using Ichtammol Ointment And Keeping The Boil Clean.
Question: I am using ichtammol ointment and keeping the boil clean. I change the bandage regularly and now i see that i have blood in my urine

Based on the facts you have posted you have been using Ichthammol ointment for the boil and passing blood in the urine.
Ichthammol is a topical herbal ointment being commonly used for skin diseases and does not have side effects like Hematuria (Blood in urine).
The hematuria that you have could be due to either UTI or other pathological condition involving Kidney, Bladder or Prostate and needs to be investigated.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get the following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis:
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
