Question: I am wondering about type 2 diabetes. I am overweight/obese, but do not have classic symptoms like severe fatique or thirst or darker skin coloration. I am wondering if theres any other signs of Diabetes. I am thirsty sometimes and am tired sometimes but am not sure. it is not in my family and am 22 years old. Will this be developed over time when I am older or can it be developed quickly? I am mainly asking how long it takes to develop type 2 or how many years? I have dieted and lose about 60-70 lbs and have tried to maintain my weight but have gained some back, I am trying to maintain my weight but it is hard and just want to make sure of any tips or advice on doing my all to not get type 2. I did have a physical 2 years ago and there was no signs but it could develop as i also have high cholesterol (and have high cholesterol right now as well) as well that runs in my family. I should also say that I do feel tired sometimes but definitely not after working out and etc. Thanks!
