Please do a chest X ray to evaluate better the lungs

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor

I can understand your concern

According to the history of your symptoms if you feel that your breathing is getting worse than I should definitely recommend you to do a chest X ray. You can discuss for it with your doctor or if your breathlessness is severe than you can call ER to get medical help. Salbutamol Inhaler can be helpful in breathing better.
It is very important to exclude mainly lung and heart causes of your symptom. After having the results they will advise you further if something else is needed regarding it.

Hope to have been helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You explain that you have difficulty in breathing. It is not related to the dry mouth instead. This is other thing which might be from several causes .

If this is the first time you have this concern than the first step to do is to get more amount of liquids during the day ( water is most prefered ) try also to avoid salty , spicy and sweet foods.

If this is a repeated symptom it's hard for me to say exactly what might be the specific cause and I suggest you to contact your doctor to evaluate your clinical picture closely and especially the oral cavity and to do some blood tests if needed
