Question: I believe I have Bronchitis. I am coughing extensively at night and have an excessive amount of Mucus or Flem. I feel very weak and have flew like symptoms. I am in Spain and the local doctors etc do not speak very good English. What can you prescribe to ease the symptoms I have Bayer Aspirin 500mg. and am drinking water and lemon with Honey.

You sh take broad spectrum antibiotic like levofloxacin or Augmentin.
Mucolytic drugs like N acetyl cystine (NAC) should also be started.
