Brief Answer:
Minimum 2 weeks for recovery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details,
Most of the antibiotics are metabolised by liver hence the liver enzymes levels are raised for few days post antibiotic therapy.
Secondly liver enzymes levels are significant only when minimum of two enzymes are elevated to three times the upper normal limit.
You can take Sylimarin ( Milk of thistle) a natural liver rejenuvator to help your liver recover fast.
Take high carbohydrate diet for a week.
Avoid meat(red) and fats as they are difficult to digest.
Give some rest to your liver to recover.
Very likely levels would start coming back to normal in 2 weeks.
No alcohol
If comfortable take simple home cooked vegetarian food for a week with lots of fresh fruits and natural juices.
