Please provide some more information about your concern

Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor
Usually, we suspect for sleep apnea when there are present some signs and symptoms such as chronic snoring, mostly obese patients, smoking patient and sleepy during the daytime, bad concentration headache and so on.
So please could you provide some more information regarding your concern as above in order I can help you better?
Theoretically, if we suspect for sleep apnea we recommend a Plethysmography examination for the patient and if it comes positive we can diagnose sleep apnea if not then no sleep apnea present.
Hope to have been helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
As you explain the situation in my opinion this is not sleep apnea but to be completely sure you can do Polysomnography test and to see exa if you have sleep in or not
You should discuss with your doctor for this.
