Brief Answer:
Seems related to lungs

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This seems to be related to some lung problem. I will suggest a chest X-Ray PA view and a pulmonary function test.

Otherwise there could be multiple causes of fatigue like anemia, some infection, uncontrolled diabetes or low blood sugar, heart problems, thyroid issues etc. So blood test that includes complete blood count, thyroid function test, kidney function test, liver function test, vitamin D levels, fasting blood sugar are needed. Also an ECG to rule out any heart problems to be done. If you have done these tests recently, kindly send me the reports so that I am better able to help.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
