I Can Not Carry Children But I Can Come But Does That Mean The Eggs Dead I Had A Full Hysterectomy ?

Question: I am 42 and I had a full hysterectomy when I was 28 years old due to cancer. I do not know much about hysterectomy I know that I still am still sexually active and I just got recently married and my husband and I wanted children. I can not carry children but I can come but does that mean the eggs dead?
Brief Answer:
Eggs will be live
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Eggs will be available if ovaries were not removed during hysterectomy. This can be confirmed from the surgery or discharge notes from the surgeon. If you donot know the status, then an ultrasound can be helpful to check the ovaries. If you want to know about monthly ovulation, then there are many methods including serial ultrasound.
Hope this helps.
