Question: I couldn’t get pregnant with my boyfriend of 2 years but couldn’t get pregnant. We broke up and then I had sex with someone else. Me and my boyfriend got back together a month after then I got pregnant why is that

Having sex with someone else would not affect your fertility, so I would say it was just by chance that you happened to get pregnant after breaking up for awhile. While most couples can get pregnant within a year of trying to get pregnant, there are many cases of couples trying for several years before finally getting pregnant, and often the cause isn't known.

However, I would also want to make sure you weren't pregnant from the other partner that you had, if you think there could be a chance of that, it would help to know what dates you had intercourse, and when your last menstrual period was.
