No fever. A little cramping but not massive. I think it was because I didn't eat much and used a lot energy. But My muscles are still hurting. This has never happened before

Brief Answer:
Probably low blood sugar level.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

The symptoms can be related to the fact that you did not eat the proper amount of food.
It can cause a low sugar level, which leads to muscle cramps.
I suggest to eat a healthy diet and drink liquids.
I recommend to check the blood sugar level for proper evaluation.
Meanwhile, I suggest to take magnesium supplements which help in muscle relaxation.
You can also use a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
Warm shower can also be helpful.

Hope it helps dear

Take care,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
