Brief Answer:
Risks of tetanus very low. You may apply the anti-tetanus serum for safety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.

I have read your query.

If you are vaccinated correctly (following the recommended schedule) the chances of tetanus infection are very low.

Anyway, the antitetanus serum may be applied up to 48 hours after the wound if you think that the wound was contaminated.

So, go to your ER to apply it in order to be sure.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
