Question: I delivered a baby in the month of feb. I was 57 when I conceived and after the delivery my weight is constant at 64. I wanted to lose weight. I wanted it to be 56-57 again.
kindly suggest diet plans accordingly.

As you conceived at a very late age, it become very challenging and stressful for your body to cope with the stress. You have delivered just 6 months back and you most likely be breastfeeding your baby, so focusing on weight loss should not be your priority. Instead you should focus on maintaining your exercise schedule.

You are supposed to eat almost everything you can (junk and unhealthy food not included) so that your baby can get all important and essential nutrients from your milk.

Once you complete your first year post pregnancy you can focus on diet schedule.
