Brief Answer:
The symptoms are suggestive of a severe allergic reaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

The symptoms and sign are typical of a severe allergic reaction. It might be due to some insect bite reaction (IBR).

As the disease extensive, steroids have to be started.
Consult a physician and start on steroids preferably via the intravenous route.

Nothing much to worry and you will definitely improve with steroids.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing all the best.
Thanks
