Brief Answer:
Do a betaHCG test for confirmation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You can go for a serum betaHCG test it is the confirmatory test for pregnancy. Urine pregnancy test sometimes inconclusive and it is a screening test.
Once pregnancy is confirmed, you can think of abortion as anaesthetic drugs can harm your baby and lead to significant anomalies.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks
