Brief Answer:
Bartholin cyst possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I believe it can be bartholin cyst.
When a bartholin gland duct gets blocked a cyst is formed with its secretions.
Uploading a photo of the lump would be better for me to confirm it.
I can advise you to put warm compresses or do warm baths in order to make it open and drain. Take antinflamatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for pain.
If it doesn't get open go to gynaecologist to open and drain it surgically.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
