I Do Not Have Tonsils, But Have Been Experiencing Inflammation

Question: I do not have tonsils, but have been experiencing inflammation in the back of my throat on only the right side (it looks like an inflamed bean the size of a few centimeters with a groove in the middle, going vertically). There's no pain, it just feels like a persistent dry spot or like something is stuck there. There was a white seed-looking thing in the groove (looked like pus or tonsil stone). Once I rinsed with alcoholic mouthwash, the white spot went away and the inflammation went down the next two days, but now the feeling is somewhat returning (white spot has not returned). I drink water all day and nothing helps. My throat feels better during eating times but then the feeling comes back when I'm done. It's now been over a week with this and it's driving me a bit mad.
Brief Answer:
Hii. It looks like you are having tonsillar keratosis or tonsillar stone. S
Detailed Answer:
Hii. It looks like you are having tonsillar keratosis or tonsillar stone. Sometimes due to enlarged tonsikkar crypts food particles get stuck there and cause foul smelling breath. Due to secretions also stone get formed in the tonsils. You continue betadine gargle as this is the only treatment. If you are worried about it then you can get tonsils removed by surgery else betadine gargle will be sufficient. These stones and keratosis are normal and benign in nature. Please review if you have any queries.

I mentioned that I do not have tonsils. I had my tonsils removed when I was 18 years old. Can this still be tonsillar keratosis or tonsillar stones?
Brief Answer:
Hii. Is it in the midline or at the side of the throat? Can u send a pictur
Detailed Answer:
Hii. Is it in the midline or at the side of the throat? Can u send a picture? I think it is the keratosis on the tonsillar bed with the remaining of the mucosa or lymphoid tissue. As it is going off temporarily it will be due to inflammatory reaction. So send the picture, continue betadine gargle.

I included a picture already when I first asked the question, though it is a little blurry but it is the best I could get with my phone. It is at the side of the throat. I have been gargling and it reduced already significantly.
Brief Answer:
Hii. The picture is blurry and is not conclusive. Start some betadine gargl
Detailed Answer:
Hii. The picture is blurry and is not conclusive. Start some betadine gargle and antacid. You need to visit an Ent surgeon and get yourself checked. If needed you have to give a throat swab for culture also.
