Brief Answer:
could be compression in L5 nerve root.
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
The picture looks fine.
As far as numbness in big toe is concerned , It is quite possible that you may have developed some swelling in L4-5 nerve root at the level of spinal cord during prolonged flight. This can manifest as numbness of big toe.
Take any anti Inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac for a few days and continue with spinal exercises.
If it doesn't Improve in 10 days time , Then me may need investigations.
Thanks for the question. I hope to have answered your query. Please feel free to ask any other query.

Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
In this forum we cannot prescribe medicines .
Normally to my patients I would give etoricoxib 90 mg once daily for 10 days.
As I have said earlier , this condition may be transient only. If it persists then we need to examine you clinically and get relevant investigations.
Thanks for the question.
