I Eas Just Told I Have A Spot On My

Possible causes explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The term spot is not specific for a certain medical condition, it shows that the doctor has found a lesion in the pancreas and one in the kidney but dies not give much information on the cause or the nature of the lesions.
Very likely these two lesions are cysts, fluid filled lesions, which most of the time are not dangerous and are a very common finding in both the pancreas and the kidneys.
A less likely but important to rule out is a metastasis, meaning presence of a tumor somewhere else that has spread to other organs, including the pancreas and kidney. This is very unlikely the case but due to importance should be ruled out.
The MRI is the best examination to evaluate lesions of soft tissues and organs especially of the abdominal area so having one done will give definitive understanding of what is going on.

Detailed explanation below
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As I mentioned this is less likely as the option because generally when there are metastasis the liver is the most likely to be effected due to its crucial role in filtering blood and metabolizing chemicals. So the fact that the liver is not affected is a very good sign and reduces the chances these are metastatic lesions.
On the other hand if these are metastatic lesions the treatment will depend on the cancer of origin, meaning where is the cancer that metastasised, what kind of cancer it is (information from biopsy), etc. Only after knowing this information treatment options can be more clear.
I hope this is helpful and answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
