Brief Answer:
Most likely BPPV. Read below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query.
Dizziness triggered by a specific body (head and neck mostly) position, in most of the cases indicates a benign inner ear dysfunctional condition such as BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).
Avoiding the triggering position and Epley maneuver ( reposition of the otoliths ) should improve your symptoms.
Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.
