I Feel Extremely Bloated And Have Cramps During Periods Have Mood Swings, However My Periods Have Always Been Regular What To Do Reduce My Weight?

Question: I feel extremely bloated and have cramps during periods.I also feel chills and have loose motion at times. I don't smoke or drink. I'm not too physically active and work for 9 hours and will be sitting most of the times. I had severe cramps initially, but for the last 5 months, I was fine and didn't experience much of pain. But this month, I again feel weak and have bad cramps.
I also have mood swings, however my periods have always been regular.
In the last month, I have reduced my rice intake drastically and also stooped adding sugar in any of my drinks as I want to loose weight and I'm usually having chapatis.

Brief Answer:
Oral contraceptive pills
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Bloating and cramps in periods can occur due to hormonal changes.
Mood changes and discomfort are common in the premenstrual and menstrual period.
If you are excessively worried by the symptoms, then you can start taking oral contraceptive pills cyclically for 3-6 months.
This will relieve the symptoms.
