Hello
After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that your ECG and x-ray or both within normal limits.
The symptoms explained by you are suggestive of a typical chest discomfort but it’s important to rule out any underlying cardiac cause.
It’s advisable that you should get a stress echo done to rule out any cardiac issues.
Kind Regards

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX
Thank you for your insight into the reports. It relieved me a lot. As suggested I tried at a few places for stress echo, however all labs are so much fully occupied with 2D echo, that am unable to get the stress echo done in the short time. Waiting for stress echo is beyond 7 days.
The lungs being clear, with sudden shortness of breath is a matter of concern still. It is for a short duration, but it occurs almost daily (mainly when I lay down). Can you suggest some medicine to strengthen the heart muscles or increase the blood flow into the heart? OR can this be managed by changes into diet or food items?
I am monitoring my O2 levels, which are always above 96%.
Kindly suggest.
