Brief Answer:
It seems rheumatologic or related to gout

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

By irritation do you mean stiffness in knee and feet?

I think we should get it investigated with simple blood tests to start with. The blood tests can include complete blood count, CRF, RF, Uric acid. Further management will depend on finding the cause.

You can see a rheumatologist or orthopedic surgeon about further tests if needed.
Meanwhile you can take painkiller like Tab ibuprofen 200 mg as needed upto 3 times a day. Drink cleaner water.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
