Question: I feel like my spine and hips are contorted. My gait is all contorted and my spine feels really low

I feel like my spine is all contorted also my gait is all contorted as well. I have forward body posture and extreme muscle tension all the time. I feel like my pelvic area and the space above my penis is really inward up and out. My legs and feet are now positioned all weird and now my shoes are all contorted. I feel dizzy and nauseous.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may be suffering from scoliosis or kyphoscoliosis as you explain it that the spine is contorted, hips as well. This may even affect the walking and position.
It also can give muscle pain and also may cause deformation of the ribs and one chest part may be higher than the other.
You may need to do a x-ray of spine and hips.
You may need to visit an orthopaedic doctor to check it and discuss treatment options that may be surgery.
