Hello,
Thank you for using "Ask a doctor" service.
I will need some more information to be able to advise properly about your problem.
How long have you had this sensation?
Where in the head is it localized? Does it radiate to somewhere else?
Do you have it during all day or in some specific moments? How much it lasts?
What makes it worse or better?
Does painkillers or any other medicine help it?
The more information you give, the better I will be able to help.
Looking forward to your follow ups.

I've had this sensation off and on for 2 months or so. The movement goes all over my head, the sides, the back, and front of my head into my forehead. The burning and pinching/biting sensation just started on Monday I believe. Now I feel like there's pressure against my eardrum and it's moving and/or pulsating. Sometimes if feels like its trickling down my face/forehand. Nothing helps. It seems to get worse at night.
Brief Answer:
Neurological symptoms likely
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up question.
From what you are describing seems something neurological and which is getting worse. I advise considering a visit to a Neurologist locally who can do a neurological examination and maybe an MRI/ CT scan, and so see if everything is ok inside your head. Your symptoms are not typical of a common headache and would be good to be followed further.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
