Question: I feel like throwing up after usin my phentermine will I feel better After vomiting ?
And also I see side effects my penis is gettin smaller when can I get my size back?

Based on the facts that you have posted vomiting after taking Phentermine that you have could be due to drug induced gastritis.

It will take few days to wane away side effects to subside and stop vomiting .

Taking Pantaprozole twice daily will help to get relief faster .

As regards the size of your penis being getting smaller I would state that it is not due to drug and should get back to normal spontaneously .
