I Fell 6 Weeks Ago And Hurt Both Knees. I

Question: I fell 6 weeks ago and hurt both knees. I fell on my behind, and couldn't get up for a few seconds. My knees were hurt but have recovered. I am having all over twitches since then and a strange prickly feeling along with a tingling toe (second from little toe). At the same time I have a lingering viral infection that has caused sinus pressure so bad that a nerve was affected in my face. That calmed down over 2 days, about 2 weeks ago. Please help me to figure out what is going on. I am not in any pain.
Brief Answer:
Due to mild nerve root compression.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
It seems that the fall on the behind has caused a jerk in the spine and there is a mild nerve root irritation or compression at the level of lower spine that is causing the symptoms.
The tingling is likely to improve with increased fluid intake and methylcobalamin supplements. You can get an MRI scan done to confirm this.
I hope this answers your query.
