I Fell And Broke A Tooth On Saturday. On Saturday,
Question: I fell and broke a tooth on Saturday. On Saturday, an oral surgeon fixed the tooth and today I had a root canal. For the past several days, I have had a feeling of tightness and pain across my forehead and behind my eyes, even though I'm taking Advil. Is this dangerous?

Hii first of all thank you for approaching us for your query. I read through your query and I suggest you that it can be due to two reasons:one is that after root canal treatment of upper front tooth you can have pain of forehead and behind eyes and second reason can be due to the impact of the fall there can be pain. I suggest you to take amoxicillin and analgesic with anti inflammatory for 5 days as usually we give after rootcanal treatment. Itcan be due to sinusitis the same symptoms may arise. Youhave to do steam inhalation also along with these for 5 days. Nothing to be worried in this case. Itwill be fine in 5 days.
