Question: I fell down 12 stairs in XXXXXXX I had a CT scan which was clear, the next day. For two days now, I have had pressure at the site where I fell.

Could be scalp contusion

Need not worry, it could be scalp contusion which give you sensation of fullness or pressure at the site of injury.

Scalp contusion will recover on its own, there is no need for any sort of intervention.

It may even be a scalp haematoma which will resolve on its own over time.
