I Fell Outside Monday And Landed On My Stomach On

Where the X-ray/ CT scan/Ultrasonography be available
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Persistent pain in groin area after the accident that you have explained indicates either a development of a tendon injury, hematoma or even fracture of pubic bone.
Hence you need an X-ray and Ultrasonography of the area to get a confirmed diagnosis along with clinical evaluation.
I think these facilities would be at ER. Please check out where these facilities be available and get the investigations done, so that an appropriate management can be done.
Continue your medications as advised.
I hope this answers your query and helps you.
Please give feedback.
With Regards.
Dr T Chandrakant.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since the pain is in the groin area, the sacroiliac joint problem is out of the discussion.
As answered in the first session, this may be due to the groin strain.
Please discuss this possibility with your PCP and see if you can be referred to the Specialist.
Aleve is Naproxen if it is not helping many requests your Doctor to give another anti-inflammatory with painkiller property, add on Tramadol or so.
Do not walk, for the time being, take full rest for healing to occur and reduce further damage.
Sleep with flexed hip joint with support below the right knee to relax the muscles and allow healing. Physiotherapy should be done at an appropriate time.
I hope this answer helps you further.
Please give feedback once you meet the PCP and get investigations done.
Take care.
With Regards.
