Question: I felt a prick and noticed this (pictured) under/on my skin and noticed an odd creature (second pic). I tried to rub it off my skin and it is flat and does not budge. I was concerned it was a tick but they have been more raised in the past. Any ideas on what this could be and if I shoukd be concerned? No associated rash just pigment changes and low grade fever, nothing over 100.5.
