Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is worth noting that blood pressure readings between 132 and 135 are generally considered within the prehypertension range. While elevated blood pressure can be a risk factor for heart disease, it doesn't necessarily mean you have a heart issue or that you're at an immediate risk of a heart attack.

To assess your heart health and determine if there are any underlying issues, I recommend some common diagnostic tests, such as:

1. Electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG): This test records the electrical activity of your heart. It can help detect irregular heart rhythms and other abnormalities.

2. Echocardiogram: This ultrasound test provides images of your heart and its structures. It can evaluate the heart's pumping function, valves, and detect any structural abnormalities.

3. Stress test: This test measures your heart's response to physical activity or stress. It can help evaluate how well your heart functions under exertion and identify any potential blockages in the coronary arteries.

4. Holter monitor: This portable device records your heart's activity continuously for 24 to 48 hours. It can help identify irregular heart rhythms that may not show up during a short-term ECG.

I also recommend lifestyle changes.
