Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
After going through the medical details and the drug history provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and the side-effects which you are facing and I would like to tell you that he Derby claw is basically a combination of Azilsartan and chlorthalidone which are two different group of drugs and olmesartan belongs to a different group of drug.
Now Azilsartan and olmesartan belong to same group and are know to cause coughing as side effect in some proportion of patients.
I would like to suggest you to discuss with your treating doctor to change the drug to a different group like calcium channel blockers like Cilnidipine or ACE inhibitors group like Ramipril.
Hope to have been helpful.
Kind Regards

1. Are my three drugs (listed above) in three different families, or two families and which are closely related?
2. Do all 3 drugs cause coughing?
3. Do all 3 drugs cause itching?
4. Thus i need to find a drug in the calcium channel blockers or in the family of Ace Inhibitors?
5. Since the coughing is just started (4 days) on the Olmesartan should I keep on for say a week to be sure it is not going to fade away?
Thanks and do provide a bit more guidance
