Brief Answer:
Take Medication - and give additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Is the lump attached to skin (moves with skin) or is deep within (does not move with skin)?
Is the skin over it red?
What is the size?
Your age please.

Please take an anti-inflammatory with painkiller property like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
You may please apply hot fomentation.
Please do not fondle or press over it as it spreads the inflammation and infection.

Awaiting for your feedback.
