I Get Cramps In My Legs At Night. I Have
Question: I get cramps in my legs at night. I have genetic lateral neuopathy in my feet - that does not seem to affect me too much. I bike ride about 20 km a day. I think I am hydrated - but am afraid to drink too much as I have to get up about 5 times a night to urinate (I had a prostatectomy 7 months ago)
Also is there anything that helps the neuopathy? My brother has it and takes all the vitamin B's and laser treatment.
