Potential causes and helpful measures mentioned below

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service,

I carefully read your query.

Diarrhea can cause a lot of water loss and electrolyte loss as well and may make the individual feel dizzy and short of breath. It is important while you get diarrhea you take oral rehydration solutions (over the counter in the pharmacy) that will help you substitute both lost water and electrolytes.

Most of the time, diarrhea, nausea and sweating are due to viral infection or some other infection that may be going on.

Also, certain foods may cause allergy and it is important to avoid milk this time and any food that you notice makes your diarrhea worse. Make sure you take enough fluids to keep yourself hydrated.

Furthermore, it would be helpful for us to know about the following:

- Do you have other symptoms such as cough, urinary symptoms or any skin rash, abdominal pain?

- Have you ever checked your sugar levels in the last couple of years? Have you had any check of your heart (ECG, heart ultrasound)? Any other tests that you may have done?

- How long does diarrhea last? Is there blood with it or mucus (secretions)?

If diarrhea lasts for more than 3 weeks investigations need to be done to find the cause of it (stool test for ova and parasites, stool test for Giardia antigen, stool culture, in some cases colonoscopy).

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
