Benign paroxymal positional vertigo can be possibility.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and below is my advise.

You are having dizziness when changing head position.
So it seems to be benign paroxymal positional vertigo due to otoconial debris deposition in semicircular canal in particular position.

Usually it will subside in few days by its own.

Your doctor can teach you epley manouver to help during dizziness attack.

Betahistine in low dose can be prescribed additionally for few days.

However it's advisable to check your blood sugar level and blood pressure level as well to rule out hypoglycemia and low BP as causative factor for dizziness.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards
