Probably an adverse effect of Excedrin migraine use.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
Excedrin migraine contains paracetamol, aspirin and caffeine.
Aspirin and paracetamol are both known as drugs that may cause a rash, urticaria, pruritis, etc. so, in my opinion, feeling lousy it is probably an adverse effect of Excedrin migraine use.
I think that you could use other drugs that don't contain aspirin or paracetamol, for example, naproxen/sumatriptan combination.
Discuss with your Neurologist about these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Both questions answered below.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
If the auras are a recent feature, you should get evaluated by your Neurologist in order to be sure about nature.
In some cases, conditions such as transient ischemic attack, for example, may cause similar symptoms with migraine auras.
About the second question, it doesn't mean necessarily that having auras could result in headaches in the future.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.
