Question: Hi, so I get pain in my testicals when I fly. Only when I fly. Why is that?

The pain would persist as long as I am flying. Once I land it slowly fades away. I had that happen on 3 flights already.

Thanks for your query

The chamber pressure in the aeroplane can be the cause.

This pressure could temporarily cause disturbances in the abdominal pressure inturn which can influence the scrotal pressure leading to pain..

I recommend a scrotal Ultrasound scan to rule out any physical issues.
