Hi

I've been suffering from sinus since 2018. I'm not taking any specific medications for sinus but I do take a paracetamol occasionally when the pain gets really bad. Symptoms are neck ache, vomiting sensation and headaches. I don't have any other medical illness.

Hi, only head aches which usually relieves on paracetamol is less likely to be sinusitis. Sisnusitis presents with, blocked nose leading to head ache usually head ache increases in the evenings, Heaviness in the head is felt and pain increases on bending the head. As a confirmation of the diagnosis X ray of the sinus would be suggested.
Need to rule out cervical spodylitis, and migraine.
