I Get These Rashes On My Wrist Area At Times.
Question: I get these rashes on my wrist area at times. they come in 3 stages. The first stage they burn when water hits. 2nd stage they look like scratches when healing. 3rd stage he leaves a dark mark on my skin.
I saw my doctor about this issues months ago and she provided me a skin ointment due to it being skin allergy from soap or washing detergent that I use. I wanted to get another opinion and send pictures if needed.

-Keep the area moisturized.

-Use mild soap and detergents
-Apply cortisone 10 ointment to relieve itching and irritation if present
-You can also take cetirizine 10 mg at bedtime for a week
