Brief Answer:
Probably anxiety symptoms, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to tremor due to anxiety.

As I see through your query you have had a profession with high level of stress.

You also had lately familiar issues which can influence in the level of stress that you may experience.

I see that you are already taking Librium, which is not effective for your current condition.

Librium can develop tolerance after long-term use, making the medication less effective.

I would recommend trying Zoloft as a much more effective medication. It is a prescription medication, so you should consult your doctor before taking it.

Some other suggestions are:

Take nutritional supplements such as a Vitamin B complex supplement.

Talk therapy, relaxation training, meditation and yoga can be very helpful.

Acupuncture and massage are suggested to relieve the stress.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further
